Aristotle said “95% of everything you do is the result of habit.” You may not know it but, you already have a daily routine. It might not be a very good routine but, you have one. Fine tuning it could change your entire life. Think about it, what you do every day determines the outcome of your life. Remove bad habits in your daily routine and replace them with good habits. Sounds easy, right? Actually, it’s very difficult. It’s not hard to do the good habits it’s hard to continue doing them day after day when other temptations pop up that sound more entertaining. In this post I’ll go over some good habits to add to your routine and tips on how to continue doing your fine tuned routine everyday.
Drink a cup of cold water and get protein in your body within 30 minutes of waking up.
Journal This is where you write down your tasks, your daily gratitude, and everything else going on in life)
Daily Gratitude (Think of 3-5 things you’re thankful for in your life and write them down)
Before you start your work day write down everything you want to get done for the day. Even if the tasks are small little baby tasks write them down. Get that most important task done before work. Throughout the day you need to be doing the rest of these tasks.
Workout! It’s very important to keep your body and mind healthy
Meditate again (Do this before you get into bed. Reflect on the day and get your mind ready for the next day)
Now you don’t have to do all of these and you don’t have to do them in this order. I know a lot people like to exercise in the morning. The main purpose of the daily routine is to get up and get your mind, body, spirit, emotion, and energy right. It’s about getting your self prepared so focused so you can be as productive as possible on your goals.

Will Smith – This is more of a motivational success video but, I love it. It gets me pumped up! He says a line in here that is so powerful. He has to build a brick wall and instead of trying to build a wall, he lays a brick down as perfectly as possible everyday. Eventually he has a brick wall and achieved something he never thought he could do. How to stay Motivated
Don’t over complicate your day. Break it down into small simple steps.
Be productive! The more productive you are the more results. Results keep you motivated.
Avoid distractions in your life. If video games are stopping you unplug your video game and put it in a closet until you’ve finished your tasks. If your phone keeps ringing and you keep checking it, turn it off and put it in a different room. Prepare yourself for success. Take those distractions away from yourself.
